Caps or Hats are a highly sort after accessory to wear. Favoured by many, are the Low Profile Baseball Cap, as it provides an easily visible place for Branding or to put that all important message in the eye line of any potential customer.

We have literally hundreds of Head Wear designs available to choose from, these include basic value caps to high end fashion hats...all of which are suitable for Embroidery or Print, so your message/logo will stand out amongst the crowd.

Branding on caps can generally be in four positions.....
1. Front - the most common placement
2. Back - usually reserved for a tagline or web address
3. Left Side - small logo or short phrase
4. Right Side - name, logo or short phrase

Embroidery if usually the preferred choice for caps, however, print will also work if the artwork allows.

Embroidered caps are generally done in batches of 12 plus pieces. Styles for embroidery are usually applied direct and can also include 'Puff' Embroidery or 3D styling.

Knitted, fleece and ribbed hats, will always be branded with embroidery. Only smooth finish garments can take Vinyl Print or Screen Print.

• Do you know what the caps or hats will be used for.......essential so that we can offer you the right type of headwear to suit your needs..
• Got an idea of the quantity you would like.....this will affect the cost, ordering big quantities means nice discounts, but isn't always what you need.
• Design, colours and finish.....we can make suggestions for you and work along side you, however, having design artwork is really essential and will help speed up the process of your order.
• Bear in mind, there is only a small working space on the item of Headwear you choose, so try to avoid small lettering, tall design styles and over complicated images. Simple works best on Caps or Hats.
