We really like the detail that the Vinyl Cut print gives the designs and the whole crew enjoy wearing the shirts and especially the hoodies. Thanks for putting us onto this style of print.

Printed garments have a lot of misconceptions about them....one of which is that you need to order a high quantity of garments....
Wrong!
At JeaP we are specialists in producing small runs of printed shirts...and we use a great process that we call Vinyl Cut Print.
In a nutshell, it's the type of print that works best on Single, solid colour designs, e.g. Text or simple line art drawings.
The vinyl film is heat applied at 160°, under a high pressure, that means it's designed NOT to peel off. It's extremely durable and a little bit flexible, so it moves with the fabric.
It works really well on flat surfaces like T-Shirts and also equally well on Pique Fabric, which is polo shirts...great for that tag line on the back of your staffs uniform or for a eye catching slogan or design on the front of a T-Shirt.
Print can be easy, once you know the guidelines on which is the best way to use it....and if you're not sure, because it's one of our specialities, we can guide you and help you choose the right process for your garment printing requirements.
