Occasionally outside influences beyond our control, mean that items can be delayed or even worse things go wrong with the job. In this event we will endeavour to rectify any errors as soon as we can or replace any goods that we think have been damaged by our production team. In certain circumstances, we will, if the error is truly ours, replace all goods as we deem necessary, however we can not be held responsible for goods lost or stolen or damaged in transit to you the customer.
